IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the defendant may prosecute this appeal without payment of costs, and the Department of Public <strong>Advo</strong>cacy is appointed to represent the defendant on appeal. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the court reporter shall prepare the transcript of evidence of the entire proceedings pursuant to the Designation of Record, including the voir dire, the opening statements, all bench conferences, and the closing arguments by counsel.
