This report represents the insights of a short term ACDI/VOCA - Winrock sponsored
volunteer consultant to the Geha Foods as part of the USAID funded Farmer-to-
Farmer program. As with all such consultation there was not enough time to meet
with everyone involved or collaborating with the Project. The evaluation, therefore,
has to be viewed in terms of the limited visits and interviews made and the
information derived from them. This could result in some inaccurate statement,
