Extend your left arm in front of you at waist<br />
level. With your left palm facing right, curl<br />
your left hand into a loose fi st. Bring your<br />
right hand under your left. Push <strong>the</strong> fi ngers<br />
of your right hand through your left fi st to<br />
simulate <strong>the</strong> petals of a fl ower blooming.<br />
“Baby smiles”<br />
Hold your arms as if you are cradling<br />
