Main Street Association
Annual Membership
The Leucadia 101 Main Street Association’s annual
membership meeting will be held on February 12, 6:30-8pm
at the Encinitas Civic Center, Poinsettia Room. The purpose
of the meeting is to recap Leucadia 101’s achievements for
2008 and present future goals. Topics for discussion will
include an overview by Diane Lanager on the three
streetscape workshops held to date. Special guests will
include: Mayor Maggie Houlihan; City Council members; and
City Manager Phil Cotton. In addition, winners of the Light
Up Leucadia holiday lighting contest will be awarded prizes
for First, Second, Third place, Honorable Mentions and
People’s Choice.
Everyone is welcome to attend, and it’s a good way for
people to meet the Leucadia 101 Board of Directors, staff
and other members. The meeting gives attendees the
opportunity to share ideas, offer suggestions and be an
active part of the organization. Participation as a member of
Leucadia 101 Main Street Association is key to the success
of the revitalization of the North Hwy 101 corridor. For more
