Pre-visit briefing<br />
Initial Study Visit to Toledo following contacts made by partner organisation Quartiers en Crise. Contacts<br />
were developed with key representatives from various organisations and the return visit planned over a number<br />
<strong>of</strong> months.<br />

Information exchange and access to current intelligence with regard to regional specific developments.<br />
Specific contacts developed that will allow <strong>NICEC</strong> access to information and potential partnerships in<br />
application to key European and regional programmes and events.<br />
Presentation <strong>of</strong> <strong>NICEC</strong> project to regional government and non-governmental agents.<br />
Identification <strong>of</strong> potential themes for future project partnerships.<br />
Identification <strong>of</strong> specific projects for collaborative activity and engagement <strong>of</strong> N. Ireland partners with Toledo<br />
and within EU programmes <strong>of</strong> development.<br />
Building <strong>of</strong> good will and support mechanisms with key personnel to help progress mutual co-operation in our<br />
work.
