Med rent vand i tanken kan Danfoil nu styre op til 6 injektionspumper både manuelt og efter signal fra Trimble. Det nye er, at man nu kan styre 2 pumper og hermed 2 forskellige kemikalier efter et Trimble doseringskort. Desuden kan op til 3 forskellige pumper styres efter Trimbles Green Seeker sensor, så brugeren har mulighed for med pcterminal, at kunne styre pesticid reduktion langt nemmere og bedre end hidtil. The LH-Bio concrete reactor with specially constructed spade agitator is particularly relevant for on-farm biogas systems that apply large volumes of plant biomass. This concrete reactor has inner insulation consisting of foam material which is covered with special durable polypyrene. The reactor tank is equipped with a stainless-steel roof, which ensures better insulation in comparison to membrane covers. The roof construction is applied for the suspension of the spade agitator which can thus be positioned in the centre of the reactor. This ensures a more efficient stirring than that which can be attained by installing agitator systems on the reactor wall. This heavy-duty, precision seedbed harrow has an operating width of 12.3 metres and weighs approx. 13,000 kg. The harrow is constructed as a combination of drum and seedbed harrow in that there are drum sections before and after the harrow section. During cultivation, the support wheels are raised and the drum section supports the harrow and thus controls operating depth. The weight of more than 1,000 kg/metre ensures a good packing effect. Transport dimensions are 3 metres in width and 4 metres in height. This is a system for the dispensing of drinking water to calves in single or common boxes. The system can be dismantled and removed for emptying or cleaning the boxes. Other installations are often transportable and can be lifted out of the boxes during cleaning operations. The supply to the drinkers if frost-free due to circulation and consists of 2 hoses installed with snap links for easy installation and removal from the fixed water supply in the livestock housing. These mobile dryers are manufactured by Sukup Manufacturing in the USA. These machines have specially designed centrifugal fans for two purposes. The first advantage is that the warm air created during cooling of the crop is drawn off and delivered to the upper heat chamber where it is recycled with fresh air. This recycling function alone provides gas savings of approx. 30%. The second advantage is that a much lower noise level is attained with the centrifugal fan as against that which was attained with axial fans. Injection Multi-Dose is a new system with which the Danfoil Company has total control with its well-tested injection system. With clean water in the tank, Danfoil can now control up to 6 injection pumps – both manually and via signals from Trimble. The innovation is that one can now control 2 pumps for 2 different chemicals via a Trimble dosage chart. In addition, 3 different pumps can be controlled by Trimble’s Green Seeker sensor so that users are able, via PC, to control pesticide reduction. This can be done far easier and much better that has previously been the case.

This is a PC-based control system for the management and control of slurry handling, ventilation and lighting in cattle houses. The system can control gangway scrapers, stirring in the fore tank and pump transference to the slurry container. It is also equipped with a weather station module for the control of blinds and it also has a rain sensor. There is a lighting program for the monitoring and control of the desired lighting level in the cattle house. Artificial light is controlled in relation to available daylight and has automatic regulation to ensure low power consumption. Monitoring is available via internet and smartphone. FM 5500 Hydro can irrigate up to 10 hectares in one set-up with 1,000 metres Ø 125 hard hose – depending on pump pressure and water volume. The machine is mounted on a new heavy-duty chassis which has hydraulic brakes as standard. The machine is propelled by a small 6.5 h.p. diesel engine. This diesel engine operates a hydraulic system which powers the drive of 10 – 80 metres/hour and ensures oil pressure to draw the hydraulic drum traction. The diesel engine means that water pressure is only applied to attain maximum spreading width of the irrigation. This is a plastic lick holder for mounting on an untreated pole. The holder protects the mineral block from wind and weather. There are four holes in the bottom of the holder that lead salts and mineral fluid down the pole. Livestock and game can either lick on the pole or on the actual mineral block. Plastic long trough for feeding calves and lambs. The trough can be applied for both milk feeding and feed concentrates. Feed can be supplied individually or as common feeding because the trough is available with up to 7 individual milk troughs. The content is 100 litres and the trough has a length of 2 meters. By applying a feed bowl instead of a flat crib one ensures that the livestock can always reach the feed and work operations are reduced in that sweeping/pushing the feed together is eliminated. Due to this plastic material the livestock can easily keep the feed bowl clean and thus more hygienic. Simple installation and the facility of being able to replace an individual bowl unit in the event of collision.
