MultiStep betyder at ventilatorer trinvist kobles ind til<br />
30% af deres ydelse. Når alle ventilatorerne i en<br />
staldsektion er koblet ind til 30%, reguleres samtlige<br />
ventilatorer parallelt op til 100% ydelse. Samtidig <strong>med</strong><br />
det ændrede styringsprincip, anvendes der en række<br />
nye LPC-ventilatorer, der kombinerer høj ydelse <strong>med</strong><br />
høj trykstabilitet. Samlet set betyder det nye<br />
styringsprincip og LPC-ventilatorer at energiforbruget<br />
reduceres <strong>med</strong> 30-40% i forhold til MultiStep<br />
styringsprincippet.<br />
Leveltec measures the level in the slurry tank with the aid of<br />
a feeler and sends an SMS to the farmer if the level<br />
changes. With this continuous slurry monitoring system,<br />
SMS communication is established between the slurry tank<br />
and the farmer. The system reports when it is time to control<br />
the float layer and the result can be keyed direct to a data<br />
base. As an additional function, the monitoring system can<br />
be supplemented by a camera that can photograph the<br />
surface of the slurry tank at regular intervals. This provides<br />
improved documentation of the condition of the float layer.<br />
Indepen<strong>den</strong>t tests have been made of this monitoring<br />
system.<br />
This is a series of towed rotor rakes with 10 and 12 rotors<br />
and an operating width of 10.6 metres and 12.7 metres<br />
respectively. The rotor shafts are now curved, w<strong>her</strong>eas the<br />
former models had straight shafts. This means that the<br />
material does not hang on the shafts but is cast off when the<br />
shafts revolve. One can thus avoid that grass is spilt/lost at<br />
headlands. These rotor rakes can be equipped with edge<br />
spreading units w<strong>her</strong>e a hydraulic cylinder angles the two<br />
outer rotors to the rear so that they cast the material into the<br />
field and away from boundaries.<br />
Dynamic MultiStep fra SKOV A/S is a furt<strong>her</strong> development<br />
of the MultiStep control principle for ventilation systems. The<br />
control principle in Dynamic MultiStep means that the<br />
ventilators are step-by-step linked in to 30% of their output.<br />
When all ventilators in a livestock housing section are at<br />
30%, all the ventilators will be regulated up to 100%. In<br />
addition to altering the control principle, a number of new<br />
LPC ventilators are applied which combine high yield with<br />
highpressure stability. All in all, this new control principle and<br />
the LPC ventilators result in the power requirement being<br />
reduced by 30-40% in comparison with the existing<br />
MultiStep principle.
