Criteria
There is evidence of research being conducted on the
government’s food pyramid.
The information collected was analyzed to discriminate which
foods and food combinations do/do not meet the criteria for
healthy dinners (per the food pyramid) and a week’s worth of
dinners for the family is documented.
Organized portfolio defends an appropriate dinner plan by
including: a compilation of recipes for one week of dinners, a
shopping list of all the items required for the recipes, menus and
a table of contents.
