At Hotel Indooroopilly we specialise in catering for your special occasions, whether
it be a small family gathering or a party for up to 500 people. We specialise in
functions such as Engagement parties, 21st Birthdays, Re-unions, Social Club
Meetings, Presentations, Launches and Charity Events.
We offer a relaxed atmosphere, friendly staff, and high quality food and beverages
at competitive prices, making Hotel Indooroopilly the perfect destination for your

There are two distinct areas within the hotel to accommodate your function needs:

Platform 1is fantastic for our party goers who want to host larger functions, we can
cater from 30 guests up to 500 guests.
Bands can be positioned on the stage to ensure your guests have a great night.
The Night Club area also incorporates a huge outdoor deck area, and offers
everything you need to party through the night. There is a large dance floor,
nightclub lighting including moving head lights, smoke machine, water wave lights,
snake lights, mirror balls and red and green lasers!!
There is a pool table, as well as two table tennis tables (free to use) and a
Nintendo Wii (also free to use).

As a rough guide, platters feed 10-12 people each.
Please inform us in advance if you have any guests that require special dietary
needs eg vegetarian, or lactose intolerant so that we can provide them with
something sufficient to suit their needs.

Function Terms and Conditions
Deposits: A deposit of $300 must be received within 10 days of the initial booking.
The deposit is non-refundable four weeks prior to the event.
Payment: All other due payments must be finalised 7 days before the function date.
We accept cash and all major credit cards. Please be advised that we do not accept
personal cheques. Business cheques however can be accepted with prior approval.
Please advise 2 weeks prior to the function if paying with a business cheque.
Final confirmation: Final numbers must be confirmed at least 72 hours prior to the
function. Catering requirements are to be placed no later then 10 days prior to the
function date.
Room set up and requirements need to be confirmed two weeks prior to the event.
Responsibilities
The organizer agrees:
That the function will commence and conclude at the agreed times and all guests attending
the function will vacate the designated area at the agreed time.
The organizer will be required to pay a minimum of four hours of Crowd Controllers in any
type of function.
Should extra Crowd Controllers be deemed necessary by management, the organizer will be
charged for each additional controller at $40 / hour.
To ensure that all guests attending the function conduct themselves in an orderly manner in
full compliance with hotel management directives and all applicable laws and by laws.
That whilst it is a private function, normal RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) Standards
will be adhered to by both themselves and their guests at all times.
That they are financially responsible for any damage or loss sustained to the hotel caused
by the organizers, guests or any other person attending the function venue, or any other
part of the hotel or grounds.
No food or beverage is to be brought into the hotel for consumption during the function
without the prior written permission of management.
The Hotel Indooroopilly is committed to the responsible service of alcohol and reserves
the right to refuse service to underage, intoxicated or abusive guests in functions. All
guests must present photo I.D. when requested. No ID, No service. ONLY 18 + CARD,
PASSPORT AND CURRENT DRIVERS LICENCE WILL BE ACCEPTED.
Hotel management reserves the right to shut down a function at anytime should it be deemed
necessary.

Minors:
Permission may be granted for minors to be on premise with parental or legal guardians under
strict supervision in certain areas of the hotel. No minors will be allowed on premise after 12 am,
even with parental or guardian supervision. Please advise 10 days prior to the function date if
minors will be attending.
