<strong>Function</strong> Terms and Conditions<br />

Deposits: A deposit of $300 must be received within 10 days of the initial booking.<br />

The deposit is non-refundable four weeks prior to the event.<br />

Payment: All other due payments must be finalised 7 days before the function date.<br />

We accept cash and all major credit cards. Please be advised that we do not accept<br />

personal cheques. Business cheques however can be accepted with prior approval.<br />

Please advise 2 weeks prior to the function if paying with a business cheque.<br />

Final confirmation: Final numbers must be confirmed at least 72 hours prior to the<br />

function. Catering requirements are to be placed no later then 10 days prior to the<br />

function date.<br />

Room set up and requirements need to be confirmed two weeks prior to the event.<br />

Responsibilities<br />

The organizer agrees:<br />

That the function will commence and conclude at the agreed times and all guests attending<br />

the function will vacate the designated area at the agreed time.<br />

The organizer will be required to pay a minimum of four hours of Crowd Controllers in any<br />

type of function.<br />

Should extra Crowd Controllers be deemed necessary by management, the organizer will be<br />

charged for each additional controller at $40 / hour.<br />

To ensure that all guests attending the function conduct themselves in an orderly manner in<br />

full compliance with hotel management directives and all applicable laws and by laws.<br />

That whilst it is a private function, normal RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) Standards<br />

will be adhered to by both themselves and their guests at all times.<br />

That they are financially responsible for any damage or loss sustained to the hotel caused<br />

by the organizers, guests or any other person attending the function venue, or any other<br />

part of the hotel or grounds.<br />

No food or beverage is to be brought into the hotel for consumption during the function<br />

without the prior written permission of management.<br />

The <strong>Hotel</strong> <strong>Indooroopilly</strong> is committed to the responsible service of alcohol and reserves<br />

the right to refuse service to underage, intoxicated or abusive guests in functions. All<br />

guests must present photo I.D. when requested. No ID, No service. ONLY 18 + CARD,<br />

PASSPORT AND CURRENT DRIVERS LICENCE WILL BE ACCEPTED.<br />

<strong>Hotel</strong> management reserves the right to shut down a function at anytime should it be deemed<br />

necessary.<br />

Minors:<br />

Permission may be granted for minors to be on premise with parental or legal guardians under<br />

strict supervision in certain areas of the hotel. No minors will be allowed on premise after 12 am,<br />

even with parental or guardian supervision. Please advise 10 days prior to the function date if<br />

minors will be attending.<br />
