• Prawn and avocado cocktail with a thousand island dressing<br />

• Salt 'n' Pepper Squid served on a bed of salad greens with a lime dressing<br />

• Chicken Satays sat on a bed of rice<br />

• Bruchetta -­‐ crusty bread topped with diced tomato's & fresh herbs<br />

• Spring Rolls (3 each) and Mini Dim Sims (3 each) with sweet chilli and soy<br />

dipping sauces<br />

• Oven Baked Barramundi Fillet served with wedges and salad and a choice of<br />
