Residence Halls Schedule of Rates 2012 - 2013
This schedule includes important information regarding rates for room and board and is a part of the Contractual
Agreement and USU – EASTERN Residence Halls Contract Application.
FALL/ SPRING SINGLE
UNIT SEMESTERS SEMESTER
1. AARON JONES HALL - Sleep Study (Suites) $900 ($1,800 total) $1,080
- Deluxe Suite (Non-cooking) $1,000 ($2,000 total) $1,200
- Cooking (Apartments) $1,200 ($2,400 total) $1,440
APARTMENTS and SUITES include a living room, two bathrooms,
two vanities and three bedrooms. APARTMENTS include a furnished
kitchen and dining area. DELUXE SUITES include a fridge, sink, &
counters. APARTMENTS and SUITES are furnished with a couch,
easy chair, coffee table, captain beds and two free standing desks per
bedroom. Six residents typically live in an APARTMENT OR SUITE
(2 per bedroom). First floor is for incoming freshman only.
2. BURTENSHAW HALL - Sleep Study - (Suites) $800 ($1,600 total) $960
SUITES include 4 bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a long vanity with 3
sinks. SUITES are furnished with a coffee table, captain beds and one
desk that is attached to the wall and built in closets in each bedroom.
Six residents typically live in a SUITE. This Hall is for incoming
freshman only.
3. SESSIONS HALL - Sleep Study (Rooms) $700 ($1,400 total) $840
Sessions Hall is a traditional residence hall where residents share
community bathrooms and shower facilities. ROOMS include two
beds, two chairs, two desks that are attached to the wall and two
closets. Two residents typically live in a ROOM. There are also a few
single rooms available in this hall.
4. TUCKER HALL - Cooking (Apartments) $1,250 ($2,500 total) $1,475
APARTMENTS include a living room, kitchen, dining room, two
bathrooms a vanity and three bedrooms. APARTMENTS are furnished
with a couch, easy chair, coffee table, refrigerator, range, sink, kitchen
table, and six kitchen chairs. In each bedroom there are two beds, one
free standing desk, and two chests of drawers. Six students typically
live in an APARTMENT (2 per bedroom). This Hall is for nontraditional
or returning students.
All rooms in Residential Life are double occupancy. Private room requests are honored for an additional charge and
ONLY if space is available. Apartments: $400.00 Suites: $300.00 Rooms: $250.00.
Refer to Housing Living Agreement for fees associated with breaking contract.
Utilities included in rent are heat, air conditioning, power, water, mailbox, and basic cable TV hook-up
Unless balance is paid in full by the first day of class each semester, or other arrangements are made through the
Housing Office, student accounts are subject to a monthly late fee of $50.00.
ALL RESIDENTS ARE REQUIRED TO PURCHASE A MEAL PLAN. SEE OTHER SIDE FOR DETAILS.

10 Meal Plan per week for Non-cooking units $999
14 Meal Plan per week for Non-cooking units $1399
Sleep-Study students are required to purchase the 10 or 14 Meal Plan per semester.
Residents of cooking units are REQUIRED to purchase a 3 Meal Plan or 40 meals per semester.
Meals DO NOT roll over from week to week or semester to semester.
