1. Rates are in Euro. VAT of currently 19,6% is applicable on these rates.
2. Rates are inclusive of CDW/TP with a non-waiverable excess of: EUR 500,-/650,- (ECMR, EDMR, EVMR, CDMR, CLMR, CXMR, CWMR, CYMR);
EUR 750,-/900,- (IDMR, IXMR, IWMR, IYMR, IVMR, SDMR, SXMR, SWMR, SYMR); EUR 1050,-/1200,- (FDMR, FXMR, FDAR, FWMR, FYMR,
PDMR, PDAR, PWMR, SVMR, FVMR, LDAR); EUR 1250,-/1400,- (XDAR), PAI and limited mileage.
* weekend rate: earliest pick up Friday 12 o'clock, latest drop off Monday 09 o'clock.
3. An airport or railway surcharge of EUR 21,40 (excl. VAT) may apply (this is subject to change without prior notice).
4. The rates are only valid for rentals within France.
5. The rates are valid only on presentation of a valid means of payment.
6. National One Ways (except to Corsica) will be charged EUR 15,- (excl. VAT)(this is subject to change without prior notice).
7. An international one-way charge and charges for delivery and collection may apply according to current price list.
8. A road tax of 1,91 Euro (excl. VAT) per day, max. 4 days per rental, will be charged (this is subject to change without prior notice).
9. Every additional driver will be charged EUR 15,30 (excl. VAT) per month (this is subject to change without prior notice).
10. Drivers under 25 years will be charged a Young Drivers Surcharge of EUR 16,72 (excl. VAT) per day, max. 10 days per rental (this is subject to change
without prior notice).
11. This offer is not binding and is effective on the date stated above. All other agreements lose their validity on this date.
This agreement ends automatically when new rates are agreed upon.
