report printed on May 13, 2011.<br />

The Board had sent out a letter<br />

to all unpaid applicants asking<br />

them to meet with them from<br />

9:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. to discuss<br />

the reasons for the unpaid<br />

taxes and why they should be<br />

allowed to stay in the program.<br />

After much discussion within<br />

the group the Board took the<br />

following actions or lack thereof:<br />

Charles R. Loiseau moved to<br />

allow everyone that came to the<br />

meeting today to continue in<br />

the Neighborhood<br />

Revitalization program if there<br />

taxes are paid in full by the<br />

time they leave the Courthouse<br />

today. Motion died for a lack<br />

of second.<br />

the following increase in the<br />

price for Marshall County bus<br />

rides from $1.00 a bus to $1.50<br />

which would make the bus<br />
