DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN SERVICES PAYMENTS FOR MAY 2010; This report summarizes all of the payments<br />

made to DHS clients and providers, including; AND, Colorado Works (TANF), OAP, LEAP, Food Stamps Assistance,<br />

Child Care, Foster Case, Child Welfare Medicaid, Core Services and Case Services. In addition, all DHS Salaries &<br />

RELATIVE CAREGIVERS ELIGIBILITY AND PAYMENT; <strong>Larimer</strong> <strong>County</strong> Human Services is requesting adoption of<br />

a revision to the Relative Caregivers Eligibility and Payment policy. The policy revision has been completed to<br />

correspond with the revision of the CDHS Rules and Regulations (9 CCR 2503-1) regarding the Colorado Works<br />

program. It is imperative that the regulations referenced on the <strong>County</strong> policy coincide with the correct State regulation.<br />

needed and necessary home repairs. Loan amounts are not to exceed $24,999 and a varied interest rate from 0% to 5%,<br />

based upon the family's income. The term of the loan is flexible and determined on a case by case situation. The program<br />

COLORADO DEPARTMENT OF LABOR AND EMPLOYMENT WIRED GRANT #09-KAA-0007 CLOSEOUT<br />

PACKAGE; <strong>Larimer</strong> <strong>County</strong> Workforce Center is required to submit a final closeout package to the Colorado<br />

Department of Labor and Employment at the end of a Contract Period. The enclosed documents have been prepared for<br />

the WIRED PY07 / FY07 Program. Funds in the amount of $517,574.97 were received and totally expensed as noted on<br />
