M/s MECON LIMITED, who has been retained by GAIL (India) Ltd., (A Govt. of India
Undertaking) as a consultant for “ the Project of Natural Gas Pipeline Project for IPPs
Industries in K.G. Basin (Looplines between K. Cheruvu J.P. to Kakinada J.P.)”,
invites sealed bids for the item(s) in complete accordance with the Bid Documents/
Attachments on behalf of GAIL (India) Ltd.
The salient terms and conditions of the bid are stated below:

III. ITEM(S) : Coated Pipes/Bare Pipes/ Coating of Pipes
in India
Option – I : Supply of Bare Pipes confirming to
API 5L, PSL-2
Option – II : 3 LPE Coating in India on Bare
Pipes issued by GAIL, transportation to
designated dumpyard and maintenance of
dumpyard, coating specification conforming to
the bid document.
Option – III : Supply of 3 LPE Coated Pipes at
designated Dumpyard and maintenance of
Dumpard; bare pipes conforming to API 5L, PSL-
2 and coating specification conforming to the bid
document.
IV. COMPLETION PERIOD : As per Special Conditions of Contract
