ACCOUNTS & FINANCE<br />
During the year 2009-10, an amount <strong>of</strong> Rs.3579.24 lakhs was realized, as Revenue Earnings <strong>of</strong> the<br />
Organisation as indicated in Exhibit-IV. The break-up <strong>of</strong> total receipts in terms <strong>of</strong> Revenue, Grants-in-Aid<br />
(Plan & Non-Plan), Remittance to Pension Fund and Total Expenditure is given in Exhibit-V. The Balance<br />
Sheet for the financial year 2009-10and the necessary schedules forming its part together with the income<br />
and expenditure statements, receipts & payments etc. are placed at Exhibit -VI.<br />
8.1 Expenditure during 2009-2010 (under ‘Plan’ and ‘Non-Plan’ heads)<br />
The details <strong>of</strong> actual expenditure during 2009-2010 under ‘Plan’ and ‘Non-Plan’ heads are as under:<br />

expenditure.<br />
