Achievements<br />
11. <strong>Yorkshire</strong> <strong>and</strong> <strong>the</strong> <strong>Humber</strong> has a strong track record of delivery in <strong>the</strong> five years it has<br />
been in existence. Some of our key achievements have been:<br />
• Significant improvements in service quality <strong>and</strong> safety resulting from <strong>the</strong><br />
implementation of <strong>the</strong> recommendations made in Healthy Ambitions. These<br />
include new regional clinical st<strong>and</strong>ards for vascular surgery which have halted
