CCCR BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING MINUTES
June 2, 2004
The meeting was called to order by Michele Adney at 7:30
p.m.
Present: Michele Adney – President, Craig Adney – Safety
Director, Per Helldin-Driving Event Chair, Tricia Braun –
Secretary, Dave Mills-Activities, Bob Mayberry- Webmaster
Absent: Greg Braun – Vice-President, Paul Fasching –
Membership Director/Newsletter Editor, Richard Fanning –
Treasurer, Bob DeVries-Equipment Chair, Hamp Miller- Past
President
Secretary Report: Motion to approve May 5th minutes were
made by Craig and second by Bob Mayberry and approved by
the directors
Safety Directors report: Craig reported we have insurance
for the June wine tour and have the insurance for the July
Concours. The August Mystery Tour has been applied for.
Activities Report: Dave reported that the Parkfield Inn would
be the unPozo event on January 16th. . A vote was taken for
an approximately subsidy for wine tour of $84.50 because the
wrong amount was figured by Dave Mills. The board passed to
subsidize.
Treasurer’s Report: Richard reported a balance of $6477.37.
He was unable to attend and said he had a few bills outstanding.
Webmaster’s report: Bob reported that the changes continue
on the web page. He would also like to stress that people send
him pictures and articles for past events as well as the info for
future events.
Membership/Newsletter Editor’s Report: Paul was unable to
attend but reports 232 members and nothing else to report.

New Business: Need to discuss in July on who wants to stay
on board and get committee together to find new members.
The next board meeting will be July 7, 2004 at Vallarta’s in
San Luis Obispo.
Meeting was adjourned at 7:55p.m. Michele did minutes and
we had peanut butter brownies…..
