<strong>October</strong> 22-25 we get to celebrate all <strong>Porsche</strong>, all the time, at the Avila Beach Concours d’Elegance<br />
activities. I have been attending the weekly event-planning meetings and it’s great to be with so many<br />
motor enthusiasts – 2 wheels, 4 wheels, pre-war, post-war, classics, Ferraris, Lambo’s, Maserati’s and <strong>of</strong><br />
course the Marque <strong>Porsche</strong>!<br />
This year we will have a <strong>Porsche</strong> Corral, so come and support the Marque, park on the grass (extra $5 to<br />
Hospice) close to the action.<br />
I need to have a few models <strong>of</strong> various years on display Thursday evening at the Fremont Theater in San<br />
Luis Obispo for that portion <strong>of</strong> the event. So PLEASE call me if you are interested in participating in this<br />
part <strong>of</strong> the event. We need more <strong>Porsche</strong>’s than Ferrari’s!<br />
We need volunteers for the Concours day – so please consider signing up to volunteer! We also need<br />
more participants to sign up for the dinners and other events. These are really fun!<br />

I am still looking for a couple more trophy sponsors. These years’ trophies are going to be works <strong>of</strong> art,<br />
really amazing – I am close to reaching my goal – I just need a bit more help!<br />
