Dr. Gary Arendash is an<br />

has studied Alzheimerʼs<br />

for almost 30 years. He is an<br />
expert ont he role of nutrients<br />
in preventing and treating<br />

A) Background information and normal brain<br />
aging B) Alzheimer’s disease, C) Nutritional and<br />
life choices you should be making to protect your<br />
brain, D) Medical therapeutics, E) The brain and<br />
heart relationship regarding nutrition and<br />
exercise<br />
