DIRECTIONS: From Junction 8 of M25 take A217 towards Sutton – after 2<br />
roundabouts take left fork onto Mill Road (B290), towards Epsom. Straight<br />
across Dorking Road into New Road (B290). At end of road turn left onto<br />
Mere Road(B2220), continue straight ahead passing pond on your right into<br />
Walton Street. Just past the shops, take sharp right onto Ebbisham Lane. After<br />

entering this competition I agree to abide by all the rules laid down by the<br />
<strong>Mid</strong> <strong>Surrey</strong> Branch of the <strong>Pony</strong> <strong>Club</strong>. If a trophy is won the <strong>under</strong>signed<br />
is responsible for it and should take out adequate insurance for loss or<br />
damage. <strong>The</strong> said trophy should be returned to <strong>Mid</strong> <strong>Surrey</strong> <strong>Pony</strong> <strong>Club</strong> on<br />
request or legal proceedings may occur to recover the loss. Signature of<br />
this form will be deemed approval to utilise any photos taken at this show<br />
to be used on the website and any other promotional materials for the<br />

Rules and Conditions of Entry<br />
1. No Claim can be entered for anything that may happen to<br />
competitors. Spectators, their property, servants, horses or ponies in<br />
connection with or rising out of this event and admission is granted<br />
and entries accepted only on this condition.<br />
2. Competitors hats must bear the CE mark and a quality symbol,<br />
either the BSI Kitemark, the SAI Global symbol or official Snell label<br />
with number. Hats must be worn at all times while mounted with the<br />
chin strap done up. Appropriate riding clothes must be worn by<br />
competitors. Body cage keys must be given to the secretary (please<br />
place in a labelled envelope).<br />
3. <strong>The</strong> decision of the judge is final. Any objections must be made<br />
within 15 minutes of the incident, accompanied by a deposit of<br />
£20.00, which is refundable if the objection is sustained.<br />
4. <strong>The</strong> organisers reserve the right to cancel the entry or entries made<br />
by any person if they deem fit to do so, and the right to cancel any<br />
class or classes refunding any fees in respect thereof.<br />
5. No unauthorised persons are allowed in the rings.<br />
6. <strong>The</strong> right of admission is reserved<br />
7. Dogs are only allowed on the showground if on a lead and <strong>under</strong><br />
control of a responsible person.<br />
8. No entries refunded without Vet or Doctors Certificate.<br />
9. Health and Safety: <strong>The</strong> organisers of this event have taken<br />
reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone<br />
present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take<br />
reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and<br />
must obey the instruction of the organisers, officials and stewards.<br />
