focus building excercises. Coached by Mrs.
Hulse and Mrs. Macrow, the Cross Country
team consistently performs well at competitions
across Ontario. Members of the team
practice long and hard in order to prepare for
their meets. Their determination and hard effort
is refelected in their exceptional rankings
across Ontario. Seven Crusaders qualified
for OFSAA this year. Outstanding KASSAA
performances included Stephanie Hulse’s first
place achievement in the Senior Girls catergory, a silver medal
by Nicole O’Sullivan for the Junior Girls, followed by a third
place performance by Brianna Lapierre.
