Publication 51 Revision: Miscellaneous Revisions<br />
Effective <strong>October</strong> <strong>11</strong>, <strong>2007</strong>, we are revising Publication<br />
51, International <strong>Postal</strong> Rates and Fees, to reflect the<br />
following:<br />
M-bags no longer offer return receipt and restricted<br />
delivery as extra services options.<br />
International business reply service has revised<br />
charges for the permit fee and the annual accounting<br />
fee.<br />
First-Class Mail International items should be<br />
marked “LETTER” on the address side of the<br />
mailpiece.<br />
The name “Yugoslavia” is no longer used as a parenthetical<br />
reference for Serbia-Montenegro.<br />
Express Mail International ® service is available for<br />
Turks and Caicos Islands and Uzbekistan.<br />
