Then, the documents are printed and addressed; postage is applied; and the documents are transported to the Post Office for processing and delivery. Enter a destination, shape, size, weight, and ZIP Code. The Rate Calculator provides delivery standards with respective rates so you can select the best option for your needs. FACT SHEET Ship and Track Packages Click-N-Ship (www.usps.com/clicknship) Print shipping labels — and pay for postage via credit card — from the convenience of your home or office. Click- N-Ship brings the Post Office to your office. You can print labels for domestic and international expedited services — Priority Mail, Express Mail, Global Express Mail, Global Priority Mail, Global Airmail Parcel Post and Global Express Guaranteed. As an added benefit, you get free Delivery Confirmation with every Priority Mail label you print — making Priority Mail an even greater value. Signature Confirmation service is available at the reduced fee of $1.35. When you pay for postage and print international shipping labels using Click-N-Ship, you get a 5 percent discount for Global Express Guaranteed and Global Express Mail Services. You also can print customs forms, obtain mailing information about your destination, and schedule a free package pickup. Other convenient features include online insurance for domestic packages, which allows up to $500 in coverage and a 6-month history on labels printed with postage. Mailing is as convenient as your neighborhood mailbox. You can drop your domestic Express Mail and Priority Mail pieces with PC Postage online labels in any Postal Service collection box; you can take them to your local Post Office; you can hand them to your delivery carrier; or you can schedule a pickup online. This online service will electronically notify the local Post Office via My Post Office (MyPO) of the hold mail request. Requests for hold mail service must be submitted by 2 A.M. Central Standard Time (CST) for same day service, and a hold request cannot be made more than

The online functionality prohibits customers from submitting a hold request with a start date on Sundays. Customers may specify whether they will pick up the accumulated mail or have accumulated mail delivered. Normal delivery of mail resumes on the date the customer specifies as the “Ending Date”. Online access to request this service is currently limited to ZIP Codes rolled into the MyPO network. Just enter your 5-digit ZIP Code to verify that your Post Office participates. After completing your request, you will receive a confirmation number. This confirmation number is needed to modify or cancel your hold mail request. Redelivery Services (www.usps.com/redelivery) Redelivery Service allows customers to schedule redelivery of packages or special service mail that they missed. Customers can designate whether to have the mailpiece redelivered on a day when someone is home or arrange to pick up the piece from the local Post Office. What can I do at www.usps.com? Almost anything you can do at the Post Office, you can do online at www.usps.com. Customers can send mail and packages, buy stamps, purchase items from The Postal Store, calculate rates, print labels, create greeting cards and newsletters, locate Post Offices, and find ZIP Codes. Customers also can ship and track packages, and place change-of-address and Hold Mail requests, and business mailers can access helpful suggestions on how to grow their business. Carrier Pickup How do I use Carrier Pickup? Properly address Express Mail or Priority Mail packages and apply appropriate postage. Request and schedule a carrier pickup online at www.usps.com/shipping/carrierpickup. The carrier picks up the package the next delivery day when delivering mail on his or her regular route. What are the valid methods to prepay postage for Carrier Pickup? Postage can be prepaid with postage stamps (provided the pickup point is your residence or place of business and the return information matches the location where the pickup occurs), postage meter imprints, PC Postage products, online Click-N-Ship labels with postage, and prepaid Priority Mail Flat-Rate envelopes. However, if your mailpiece weighs 16 ounces or more, and you use stamps as postage, it may only be picked up from your residence or place of business. Additionally, the return address must match the address of the pick-up location. Are there any weight restrictions? Yes. The maximum weight per package is 70 pounds.
