Local Governance Report – December 2010
1. On 21 December, the Ministry of Social Solidarity organized a coordination meeting
on child protection in District Administration Office. About 16 participants including
Sub-district Administrators and Suco Chiefs attended the meeting.
2. On 05 December, the Prime Minister honored ex-veterans of Manatuto district with a
grand ceremony at the District Administration Office.
3. On 20 December, the Consultative Council for Petroleum Fund organized their
annual colloquy in Manatuto district Administration Office. About 50 participants
including District and Sub-district Administrators, Suco Chiefs and Suco Council
members attended the event.
