MULTIAGENCY COORDINATION SYSTEMS (CONT.)
An EOC organization and staffing are flexible, but should include:
• Coordination
• Communications
• Resource dispatch and tracking
• Information collection, analysis, and dissemination
Note that:
• EOCs may also support multiagency coordination and joint information activities.
• All EOCs, including governmental, functional agencies, and private organizations, must communicate
with other EOCs during an event.
• Communications between EOCs must be reliable and contain built-in redundancies.
