As in indicator only, the following plants have at some time been declared<br />
“noxious” or prohibited in some states, not all.<br />
The level of control required under state legislation varies between<br />
species. Detailed information on declared weeds <strong>and</strong> their control levels<br />
<strong>and</strong> methods should be obtained from relevant state authorities. There<br />
are in addition many other species, not on this list of declared weeds,<br />
which can become environmental weeds.<br />
