When coping from a Word doc that has specialized bullets, eWebEdit400<br />
does not transform the bullets into a proper bulleted list. It<br />
adds non-breaking spaces and special characters to represent the bullets.<br />
ContentDesigner cannot be translated into Canadian French.<br />
