driving with .0, percent or more by weight of alcohol in blood.<br />
Aggravated assault <strong>is</strong> a Class 3 Felony, which <strong>is</strong> pun<strong>is</strong>hable with up to 15<br />
years in pr<strong>is</strong>on anddor a $30,000 fine. Comm<strong>is</strong>sion of a felony while armed<br />
with a firearm <strong>is</strong> a Class 2 Felony and pun<strong>is</strong>hable with up to 25 years in<br />
pr<strong>is</strong>on anddor a $50,000 fine.<br />
Staci Reindl of Spearf<strong>is</strong>h was appointed as h<strong>is</strong> attorney.<br />
She set a non-evidentiary motions hearing at 10:30 a.m. on April 15 at the<br />

in Deadwood, Sept. 9, 1936,<br />
to Bernard S. Clark and<br />
Martha Stoecker Clark. He<br />

High School in 1954. After<br />
two years at the<br />
University of the<br />
South, Sewanee,<br />
Tenn., he enl<strong>is</strong>ted<br />
in the<br />
United States<br />
Marine<br />
Corps,<br />
where he<br />
attained the<br />
rank of<br />
Corporal.<br />
He earned<br />
h<strong>is</strong> bachelor<br />
and master<br />
degrees from<br />
the University<br />
of South Dakota<br />
and was graduated<br />
from Miami University<br />
of Ohio with a Doctorate<br />
without D<strong>is</strong>sertation.<br />
He taught high school in<br />
Sheridan, Wyo. He married<br />
Julie Rex Akins, in 197,. She<br />
preceded him in death in<br />
1995. He served as a park<br />
ranger at the Little Bighorn<br />
Battlefield and at Cape<br />
Hatteras. Allan taught h<strong>is</strong>tory<br />
at Montana State University-<br />
Billings, until h<strong>is</strong> retirement<br />
in 1995. In 1997 he and<br />
Tonia F<strong>is</strong>her became man<br />
and wife.<br />
He <strong>is</strong> survived<br />
by h<strong>is</strong> wife<br />

BrooksZ grandson,<br />
Daniel,<br />
currently on<br />
active duty<br />
in the South<br />
Carolina<br />
National<br />
Yuard. He <strong>is</strong><br />

delight in h<strong>is</strong> grandchildren.<br />
He gave the gift of sight,<br />
by donating h<strong>is</strong> corneas, so he<br />
could share h<strong>is</strong> love of reading.<br />
Cremation has taken<br />
place and a celebration of<br />
Allan's life will be held at 11<br />
am on Monday, the15th, the<br />
Ides of March, at King of<br />
Ylory Lutheran Church, 4125<br />
Yrand Avenue. A luncheon<br />
will follow. In lieu of flowers<br />
please honor Allan's memory<br />
with a contribution to the<br />
