EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS OF
SCHRODER INTERNATIONAL SELECTION FUND
The Extraordinary General Meeting (“EGM”) of Schroder International Selection Fund (the “Company”) will
be held on 16 August 2011 at 11:00 a.m. Luxembourg time, at the registered office of the Company.
Change to the Company's Articles of Incorporation
The Company's articles of incorporation (the "Articles") were last updated in November 2008. The Board
proposes to update the Articles to reflect the provisions of the Luxembourg law of 17 December 2010 on
undertakings for collective investment and to make additional amendments which will help to improve the
operational efficiency of the Company. The changes to the Articles are described in more detail in the notice
of the EGM, which accompanies this letter.
The Board believes that the amendments to the Articles are in the interests of the Company's Shareholders
and recommends that you vote in favour of them.
We enclose a copy of the Company’s letter dated 4 July 2011 together with the notice of EGM for your
attention.
Your shares in the Company are held by RBC Dexia Trust Services Singapore Ltd (“RBC Dexia”), the entity
providing registrar agency services in Singapore. Your registration particulars are recorded in the subsidiary
register of shareholders kept and maintained by RBC Dexia in Singapore.
Please let RBC Dexia have your instructions in respect of the resolutions to be tabled at the EGM as set out
below by 11 August 2011, 5:00 p.m. Singapore time.
RBC Dexia will then vote on the resolution on your behalf, either through its representative or through its
appointed proxy at the EGM.
If you do not give RBC Dexia your instructions by the stipulated date, RBC Dexia will abstain from casting
your vote. All voting instructions received are irrevocable and will be relied on by RBC Dexia at the EGM.
