Each tenderer can only submit one offer. This offer may include<br />
proposals for one lot only, for any combination of lots or for all lots.<br />
<strong>Tender</strong>ers must be in a position to provide all services requested<br />
within the given lots.<br />
The maximum total value of each framework contract per lot is<br />
estimated at<br />
• Lot 1:<br />
o 6,700,000 EUR for the initial duration of the first 2 years<br />
o 4,000,000 EUR for the (potential) first extension of 2<br />
years<br />
o 3,400,000 EUR for the (potential) second extension of 2<br />
years<br />
• Lot 2:<br />
o 1,700, 000 EUR for the initial duration of the first 2 years<br />
o 800,000 EUR for the (potential) first extension of 2 years<br />
o 600,000 EUR for the (potential) second extension of 2<br />
years<br />
• Lot 3:<br />
o 4,500,000 EUR for the initial duration of the first 2 years<br />
o 3,400,000 EUR for the (potential) first extension of 2<br />
years<br />
o 3,200,000 EUR for the (potential) second extension of 2<br />
years<br />
It should be stressed that framework contracts involve no direct<br />
commitment and, in particular, do not constitute orders per se.<br />
Instead, they lay down the legal, financial, technical and<br />
administrative provisions governing the relationship between the<br />
European Chemicals Agency and the contractor during their<br />
period of validity.<br />
The indicated budget is a contractual budgetary ceiling. It is the<br />
potential maximum value of the framework contract over the whole<br />
duration of the contract.<br />
The estimate given above is purely indicative and does not bind<br />
the Agency in any way. The figure may be subject to revision.<br />
Contracts For each Lot, the European Chemicals Agency will sign a single<br />
framework service contract with the successful <strong>Tender</strong>er offering<br />
best value for money (i.e. for each lot, a contract will be awarded<br />
to only one <strong>Tender</strong>er - single company or consortium).<br />
Places of delivery The place of performance of the services shall be <strong>ECHA</strong>´s<br />
premises and/or the Contractor’s premises, and/or any other place<br />
as agreed in the specific contract or order form depending on the<br />
nature of the specific tasks.<br />
