GENERAL INFORMATION 

This catalog is compiled for Dealer use to provide a listing of publications for 

equipment as marketed by specific franchise(s) in North America. This catalog 

is to provide a general guide for the availability and ordering these publications. 

IMPORTANT: This catalog replaces all previous catalog issues and pricing. Due to 

revision of many part (form) numbers, all previous catalogs should be discarded. 

Publications are ordered through AGCO Parts Department using normal order 

procedures. All pricing and availability are confirmed through the parts department.

DEALER ORDERS 

Dealer orders are placed as regular parts orders. All conditions and procedures, as 

established for parts orders, also apply to publication orders. All Dealer orders are 

debited to the Dealer's open account and will appear on the monthly statement. 

CUSTOMER ORDERS 

Customers are encouraged to contact their local Dealer with their publication 

requirements. Authorized Dealers have direct access to the parts system and can 

advise availability and pricing to their customers. In the event a Dealer is not 

available, retail customers can place orders directly with the AGCO by contacting:

Customers may order operator and service (repair) manuals applicable to specific 

models. Customers CANNOT order repair time schedules (flat rate manuals) or 

other Dealer support materials. 

Customer orders must be prepaid (sorry, no COD or credit card orders). Check 

or money order should be made payable to AGCO Corporation in U.S. funds. All 

customer orders will be shipped at list price including shipping and handling.

PUBLICATION DEPARTMENT POLICIES 

1 Orders will be processed and filled through the parts department following parts 

department standard order procedures. 

2 Orders may be shipped from varying locations to facilitate storage and delivery. 

3 Substitution of earlier publications may be required. Normally, the latest issue is 

maintained and in stock. The item received may reflect a differing part number. 

4 Certain repair (service) manuals, requiring a binder and/or engine service manual(s), 

are ordered as one part number but may be received as individual components, 

each with an unique part number. To receive all components , use the "master" 

part number as provided in this catalog. 

5 Due to diminished demand, reprint of first-run publications is not always feasible. 

Reprinted publications may be of lesser quality to reduce costs. 

6 Operator book shortages in new machines are the responsibility of the source 

factory or the transferring dealer in the case of inventory transfers. All shortages 

must be claimed on a Damage and Shortage Report filed with distribution, or by 

contacting Dealer Central. 

7 French operator book substitutions will not be made on a free exchange basis 

through the parts department. All exchanges are the responsibility of the dealer or 

must be arranged in advance through Dealer Central. 

8 Materials will not be released free of charge unless the item(s) are indicated as 

being indicated by the parts department as being available at no cost. 

9 Catalog revisions may be released periodically. All revisions should be placed with 

this catalog to facilitate future ordering. Dealers should check contents of this 

catalog and any applicable updates prior to ordering.

bulbs, and other materials NOT applicable to a specific machine model or are 

considered general use. 

B. Model Listing (English) - Detailed model listing sorted by equipment type and 

further divided into model and/or usage categories. All publications relative to 

specific models are provided. Publications in this section are ENGLISH LANGUAGE. 

C. Model Listing (Multi-Language) - Detailed model listing sorted by equipment type 

and further divided into model and/or usage categories. Publications relative to 

specific models are provided. All publications in this section are in ALTERNATE 

LANGUAGE(S) or MULTIPLE LANGUAGES. 

D. Footnotes - "Keyed" footnote indicators, provided in previous sections, are 

referenced in this section. Each footnote is uniquely identified with a code prefix to
