out-flight walking tours for <strong>Colorado</strong>'s largest<br />
bat colony at <strong>the</strong> Orient Mine on summer<br />
evenings. Duties include giving an informal<br />
talk on <strong>the</strong> history <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> Orient Mine and<br />
natural history <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> 250,000+ Mexican Freetailed<br />
bat colony that resides in Orient Mine<br />
each summer. Guide can camp on-site and may<br />
have access to cooking/shower/hot springs<br />

and Museum and provide activities and tours<br />
<strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> facility. Must enjoy working with<br />
children. Good people skills and interest in<br />

during breeding season. Answer questions,<br />

commitment <strong>of</strong> one morning per week<br />
required (or two days out <strong>of</strong> season if from out<br />

Come help provide a fun and educational way<br />
to introduce kids and adults to <strong>the</strong> sport <strong>of</strong><br />
fishing, encouraging participation and lifelong<br />
enjoyment. Prior to fishing, each student will<br />
participate in several learning stations to<br />
educate <strong>the</strong>m about fish, fishing techniques,<br />
laws, ethics, and wildlife management.<br />
