8 This Figure is not meant to be a comprehensive list of all sites that have ever been<br />
sampled for macroinvertebrates in the <strong>Hawkesbury</strong>-<strong>Nepean</strong> catchment; it represents the<br />
locations where samples have been collected for major programs undertaken by<br />
DECC/EPA, Sydney Water/AWT and the Sydney Catchment Authority. Specific sites with<br />
a longer-term history of sampling and used extensively in analyses for this report are<br />
identified as yellow boxes.<br />
