Eurobodalla Shire Council’s Community Transport
provides links to the community through personalised
services for frail older people, people with disability
and their carers. The service uses safe modern cars
and buses, wheelchair accessible vehicles and partners
with local bus and taxi operators.
A regular schedule of trips is provided across the
shire, as well as out of the area to Canberra, Nowra
and Bega. You can go shopping, enjoy social and
recreational activities, attend medical appointments,
or join a group attending a special event. We can also
support you to access your local public transport.
Community Transport staff are supported by a team
of dedicated volunteer drivers who provide a friendly
professional service.
People can contact Council’s Community Transport
Services if they:
• need transport to attend appointments or
go shopping
• are isolated due to lack of available public
transport options
• need support to access public transport

Passengers are asked to contribute to the cost of
their trip.
Community Transport welcomes referrals from
people of Aboriginal and Torres Strait islander
descent and people from Culturally and Linguistically
Diverse backgrounds.
