car (approx. 48ft.), 20/30/50 amp service, full hook ups, phone service available, comfort station, swimming pool, laundry facility,
clubhouse, 17 acre lake for fishing (no license required), and cabins. Minutes away from the beaches and the casinos.
Directions: From I-10, take Exit 46B, and go north one mile to Hwy 15 north (look for signs on the right). The resort is located 5.2
miles on the right.
Restrictions: Happy Rate valid for 7 nights. Check in time is 2:00 PM and check out time is 12:00 PM. No parking on the grass.
*Rates are for 2 persons. $3.00 per day for additional occupants age 13 and older. $1.50 service charge each day if using credit
card. Rates include tax.
Pet Policy: All pets must be contained in the RV's when they're not being walked with a leash on resort grounds.
