Dear Participants, We are very much looking forward to welcoming all of you in Valmiera where the 7 th Latvian National Selection Conference will be held. Thank you very much for having enrolled and thus expressed your interest in this very special session. Hopefully, you are already excited to get started and involved in this unique experience.   TRAVELLING TO VALMIERA Delegates are expected to arrive in Valmiera on the morning of 6 th August, until 12:30. The departures from Valmiera to your hometowns will be done after the end of the session – on the evening of 9 th August. In case of necessity, the organizers can arrange you an extra night in Valmiera, but unfortunately that will have to be covered form your own expense. INSURANCE It is vital that all participants have adequate travel insurance for the event. This may be individual in nature or cater for your delegation group as a whole. Travel insurance will ensure that the cost of losing luggage, accidents and medical expenses are covered if needed. PARTICIPATION FEE Due to some changes fees will be specified as soon as possible. This fee includes accommodation, all meals and necessary materials for committee work. We kindly request that you pay in advance.
