TRAVELLING TO<br />
VALMIERA<br />
Delegates are expected to<br />
arrive in Valmiera on the<br />
morning of 6 th August, until<br />
12:30. The departures from<br />
Valmiera to your<br />
hometowns will be done<br />
after the end of the session –<br />
on the evening of 9 th<br />
August. In case of necessity,<br />
the organizers can arrange<br />
you an extra night in<br />
Valmiera, but unfortunately<br />
that will have to be covered<br />
form your own expense.<br />
INSURANCE<br />
It is vital that all participants have adequate travel insurance for the event. This may<br />
be individual in nature or cater for your delegation group as a whole. Travel insurance<br />
will ensure that the cost of losing luggage, accidents and medical expenses are<br />
covered if needed.<br />
PARTICIPATION FEE<br />
Due to some changes fees will be specified as soon as possible. This fee includes<br />
accommodation, all meals and necessary materials for committee work. We kindly<br />
