Location: Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska
Civil construction work required to construct an organizational classroom
building.
Scope of work includes:
- Aircraft mockups
- Relocate an existing galvanized jump tower, one existing C130 mockup
and one existing C17 mockup
- Construction of new C130 and C17 mockups
- Construction of jump pits as a training facility
- Construction of eight parachute landing fall pits, and one C130 aircraft
mockup
one C17.
Location: Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska
Project was the civil construction phase of the $13.7 million project.
Scope of work included:
- Clear forested area for the 23,000-square-foot facility
- Utility tie-ins for water, sewer and storm drain
- Pave access and parking.
Location: Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska
The civil construction activities consisted of demo of two buildings, concrete
wash stand and associated utilities.
Scope of work included:
- Demo of existing parking lot prior to excavation
- Subgrade prep completed for construction
- New parking facility, parking surface and fence
- Clearing and grubbing
stockpile activities.
