Scope of work included: - Clear forested area for the 23,000-square-foot facility - Utility tie-ins for water, sewer and storm drain - Pave access and parking. Location: Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska The civil construction activities consisted of demo of two buildings, concrete wash stand and associated utilities.
