Diagnosis<br />

A rather delicate red-coloured Libellago species, the males differing in various respects<br />

from other red <strong>Sulawesi</strong> Libellago, viz. the unevenly thickened Costa <strong>of</strong> the<br />

Fw, the bright white tibiae <strong>of</strong> all legs, <strong>and</strong> the iridescent black marking <strong>of</strong> the abdomen.<br />

Similar to Sclerocypha bisignata in various respects; S. bisignata can be distinguished<br />

by its larger size, its unmarked red abdomen, ca 7 Ax between Ax2 <strong>and</strong> the<br />

nodus, <strong>and</strong> the dark opaque marking in the Fw at level <strong>of</strong> nodus.<br />
