The Customer confirms receipt of and acknowledges the General Terms and Conditions and Subscriber Conditions of PostFinance.
He recognizes the content and the relevant terms and conditions as legally binding for all current and future business relationships with
PostFinance. The Customer is obliged to inform PostFinance immediately of any changes to the beneficial ownership of the assets in the
account. The contractual relationship is subject to Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is based on the binding statutory provisions. If these
are not applied, the sole place of jurisdiction for all proceedings is Berne. Berne is also the place of performance and place of debt collection
for customers not domiciled in Switzerland.

Regulations governing powers of attorney between Swiss Post, PostFinance, and the following contractual partner, hereinafter referred
to as the Customer. (References to persons refer to both men and women as well as to groups of persons)

The Customer grants the person specified below the legally binding authority to represent him vis-à-vis PostFinance. In particular the authorized
person is entitled to dispose of the assets held at PostFinance in the Customer’s name and to submit other legally binding declarations.
The signature and all declarations and actions of the authorized person are binding on the grantor of the power of attorney. The regulations
governing power of attorney apply independently of other entries or missing entries in the Commercial Register and do not lapse upon
the death or loss of legal capacity of the owner of a sole proprietorship. They remain in force until PostFinance receives notice in writing that
they have been revoked (Art. 35 Swiss Code of Obligations).
