<strong>Service</strong> agreements between First Nations and municipalities have developed across Canada over<br />
the past 30 years. A wealth of knowledge can be derived from learning from a variety of communities<br />
(urban, rural, remote, northern, etc.) and their various experiences with service agreements<br />
and lessons learned. The purpose of the following chapter is <strong>to</strong> provide First Nations and municipalities<br />
with case studies that provide realistic and relatable situations that can provide guidance<br />
and new and innovative approaches <strong>to</strong> collaboration on services.<br />
