Guide to Service Agreements - FCM

Muskeg Lake First Nation and the City of
Saskatoon have built a model for urban
reserve development and servicing that will
be beneficial to other communities hoping to
enter into the same type of agreement. The
strong, trusting relationship that underlies
the agreements has been critical for the continuing
open dialogue that exists between
the two communities.
