beyond normal budgetary limits.<br />

Managed by the Community Foundation of<br />

<strong>Frederick</strong> <strong>County</strong>, Inc., the program offers three<br />

ways to give. You may designate your gift for:<br />

◆ An endowment fund with the annual<br />

investment return distributed to respond<br />

to needs as they emerge<br />

◆ The education purpose of your choice<br />

◆ A short-term capital initiative, such as a<br />

stadium renovation or band uniforms<br />
