literary devices to the success <strong>of</strong> the Bisrock music. A pool <strong>of</strong> English teachers and writers were<br />
identified to strengthen the output <strong>of</strong> this study – teaching plan. Findings <strong>of</strong> the study showed that<br />
Bisrock music is popular to the respondents and that this music can be used in the classroom.<br />
Constructing an environment that paves the way for an appreciation for Philippine music would<br />
motivate the youth to make music a part <strong>of</strong> their cultural life. College Instructors should not only limit<br />
themselves to the common strategies in teaching literature, but must consider as well the new trends,<br />
norms and standards that are <strong>of</strong> interest to the students like Bisrock music. This study is further<br />
strengthened by DepEd Order No. 74, series <strong>of</strong> 2009, entitled “Institutionalizing Mother<br />
Tongue-Based Multilingual <strong>Education</strong> (MLE),” improving basic education by mandating the<br />
mediums or languages <strong>of</strong> instruction. <strong>The</strong> study <strong>of</strong> Bisrock music in Teaching Cebuano Folk<br />
Literature would be an enriched input to the knowledge <strong>of</strong> literature in the region and country.<br />

Preschool <strong>Education</strong> Program: Empowering Filipino Adult Learners<br />
This study aimed to investigate variables in the implementation <strong>of</strong> KABATAAN a preschool<br />
education program. It explored the paradigm thinking <strong>of</strong> the extension workers using the basic<br />
principles <strong>of</strong> community extension and continuum <strong>of</strong> volunteer style from dependency to<br />
empowerment <strong>of</strong> beneficiaries in order to evaluate the work for better implementation in the future.<br />
Using the different questionnaires: School Failure Reduction Survey Questionnaire (SFRSQ-10);<br />
Social and Political Paradigm Survey (SPPSQ-6); Clear Development Concept <strong>of</strong> Preschool Program<br />
Survey (CDC-PD/SPSP-SQ-6); KABATAAN Phase Survey Update (KPSUQ-6); My Understanding<br />
<strong>of</strong> the Principles <strong>of</strong> Clear Development Concept <strong>of</strong> Community Collaboration Survey (MUPDCSQ-6)<br />
and Summation <strong>of</strong> Understandings <strong>of</strong> the Principles <strong>of</strong> Clear Development Concept <strong>of</strong> Community<br />
Collaboration among Caputatan Norte and Cebu Normal <strong>University</strong> extension workers. <strong>The</strong> finding<br />
generated was KABATAAN 2010 was a preschool program that had not attained empowerment <strong>of</strong><br />
beneficiaries and thus Filipino adult learners were not empowered. <strong>The</strong> program had no economic<br />
value. <strong>The</strong> social and political paradigms <strong>of</strong> extension workers contributed a great amount <strong>of</strong><br />
stagnation on direct phase <strong>of</strong> the project.<br />

教育改進、國家改革、社會改良—— 美國教育、國家與社會的生態化協同演進<br />
美國實質上是一個現代美國人類個體聯合而成的高度生態化的社會有機體,本質上則是一部現<br />
代美國人類個體組合而成的高度生態化的國家機器,美國社會有機體與國家機器的高度生態化<br />
融合一體就構成了美國國家化社會或社會化國家的全質現實存在形態。美國國家機器的所有機<br />
構和部門及其雇員,都是這個社會生態有機體的有機組成部分和平等的主體成員,教育則是美<br />
國高度生態化社會國家的有機化濡染、同一、轉換、連接、組合的紐帶、橋樑和機制。美國遵<br />
從人類自身的生態天性的全質性向、啟示和要求,按著展示、滿足、適應、服務和利用人類生<br />
態天性的基本規則,不斷進行教育的生態化改進,把所有社會成員培養成生態平民與生態公民<br />
有機統一的生態國民,不斷地自覺排除國家機器中人為幹擾、壓制和扭曲社會生態化發展的仿-<br />
偽-去-反生態性的非生態預設和建制,積極擺脫社會有機體自發衝擊、弱化和妨礙國家機器生<br />
態化發展的仿-偽-去-反生態性的非生態性向和質地,使國家機器更好地為社會生態的健康發展
