for FEGS to provide people-focused
solutions that are more impactful
for our community and society.
By utilizing the latest technologies
and other critical infrastructure
supports, FEGS gains a unique
capacity to adapt, innovate, and
quickly establish new and more
efficient models of vital services
that address complex current and
emerging health and social service
needs.
This year, FEGS IT, HR, and Staffing
subsidiaries continued to provide
essential infrastructure support
and capacity-building services in
technology, human resources and
staffing to FEGS and more than
one hundred other not-for-profit
organizations. HR Dynamics, launched
a new division, HRD Staffing, to help
nonprofits with their recruitment and
FEGS has created a network of
subsidiary and affiliate corporations
that provides home healthcare; home
maker services; housing services;
information technology; human
resources; staffing services; and
crisis management consultation:
■ AllSector Technology Group, Inc.
■ FEGS Holding Corp.
■ FEGS Home Attendant Services, Inc.
■ FEGS Home Care Services, Inc.
human capital planning. AllSector
Technology Group, established a new
specialty Healthcare Practice to assist
organizations in navigating the
complex and significantly changed
landscape of health technology
and plan for a new Electronic
Health Record System for FEGS.
We continued this year to invest
in building state-of-the-art IT
infrastructure that supports FEGS’
network of services as well as our
planning for the future, including
creating a comprehensive data
warehouse that will integrate data
across the Agency's operations
and support increasingly more
sophisticated analyses of need,
service provision and impact within
and across the multiple populations
we serve. Currently in development
is a next generation Intranet
Portal to support the agency’s
administrative operations and
advance communications.
