9 Find an experienced person to controll <strong>the</strong> entry <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> horses<br />

2. TRACK & CONSTRUCTIONS & SURROUNDINGS<br />

1 Controlling <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> tracks by experienced show managers, national <strong>breeding</strong> leaders<br />

or int. <strong>breeding</strong> judges<br />

2 The track has to garantee a good overview <strong>for</strong> judges as well as <strong>for</strong> spectators<br />

3 Distance between judges & track approx. 30 - 40 meter<br />

1 flate, hard ground <strong>for</strong> <strong>the</strong> measurements <strong>of</strong> horses<br />

2 flate, hard ground ( squarefield ) <strong>for</strong> <strong>the</strong> building judgment, riding hall ( ideal case )<br />

create a straight line <strong>for</strong> "correctness <strong>of</strong> joints" judgement<br />

3 pace track,corraled, at least 250 meter, entering possibilities on both sides<br />

4 sign 50m - 100m ( slow gaites, walk )<br />

3. ACTIVITY & TIME FLOW<br />

1 All horses have to be registered at www.worldfengur.com ( ask your national registrar on time! )<br />

2 All horses have to be microchiped & <strong>the</strong> number must be registered at www.worldfengur.com<br />

3 Stallions have to be DNA pro<strong>of</strong>ed<br />

4 Stallions, 5 years & older have to be spavin x rayed, when entering <strong>the</strong> first show.<br />

The results have to be registerd at www.worldfengur.com<br />

5 The breeder may be registered at www.worldfengur.com<br />

6 The owner may be registered at www.worldfengur.com<br />

7 The rider has to be registered at www.worldfengur.com<br />

1 Controlling <strong>of</strong> horse passports as well as vaccinations<br />

2 Balance <strong>the</strong> cash with horseowners / riders<br />

( preferably a chipreader <strong>for</strong> all chip generations )<br />

2 Measurement <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> horses and fill in <strong>the</strong> measurements at <strong>the</strong> judgement sheets<br />

3 The measurements have to be registered in WorldFengur ( relevant show )<br />

4 You have <strong>the</strong> possibility to print out a judgment sheet from WorldFengur ( <strong>FEIF</strong> ID Nr., Name,<br />

microchipnumber, colourcode, rider, place & date <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> show<br />

5 Finish that work <strong>the</strong> day be<strong>for</strong>e <strong>the</strong> assesment will start<br />

HELP: stick measure incl. possibility to measure special points as chest,<br />

length etc. / measuring tape / calliper rule / scale<br />

1Marks & comments will be registered at WorldFengur<br />

2 Results are available after each session judged<br />

4 You have <strong>the</strong> possibility to print out <strong>FEIF</strong> assesment documents <strong>for</strong> owners/riders<br />

They have to be signed by all judges and <strong>the</strong> <strong>FEIF</strong> Breeding leader<br />

( or <strong>the</strong> national <strong>breeding</strong> leader as <strong>FEIF</strong>'s BL deputy )<br />

5 Make sure to prepare a copy <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> judgement sheet <strong>for</strong> each rider<br />

6 Original judgement sheets have to be signed by all judges and should be stored<br />

by <strong>the</strong> national Breeding Leader<br />

7 After finishing <strong>the</strong> <strong>breeding</strong> show, in<strong>for</strong>m <strong>the</strong> national Breeding Leader that <strong>the</strong> show can<br />

be closed<br />
