Protocol (<strong>MRSPP</strong>)<br />
<strong>Fort</strong> <strong>Ord</strong> has 109 Munitions Response<br />
Sites (MRS)<br />
– <strong>Fort</strong> <strong>Ord</strong> MRS were identified through various<br />
investigatory means as areas potentially<br />
containing military munitions<br />
– MRS assessments, investigations, and<br />
removals as applicable under Army policy have<br />
been ongoing since <strong>the</strong> closure of <strong>the</strong> former<br />
<strong>Fort</strong> <strong>Ord</strong> in 1994<br />
– Current <strong>Fort</strong> <strong>Ord</strong> removal priorities compliment<br />
<strong>the</strong> <strong>MRSPP</strong> scores/ratings for FTOs (MRS).<br />
Any differences that are identified will be<br />
justified through <strong>the</strong> <strong>MRSPP</strong>.
