Munitions Response Prioritization Protocol (MRSPP) Fort Ord has 109 Munitions Response Sites (MRS) – Fort Ord MRS were identified through various investigatory means as areas potentially containing military munitions – MRS assessments, investigations, and removals as applicable under Army policy have been ongoing since the closure of the former Fort Ord in 1994 – Current Fort Ord removal priorities compliment the MRSPP scores/ratings for FTOs (MRS). Any differences that are identified will be justified through the MRSPP.
